BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Infertility Specialist in the healthcare industry is a gynaecologist who specializes in treating reproductive disorders, and in addition to completing the educational and medical requirements of a gynaecologist, has also completed training in “Intensive Certificate Course in Infertility & ART”

This module is aimed at training gynaecologists for the job of an “Infertility Specialist”, in the “Healthcare” Sector and aims at building the following key competencies.

  • Carry out ultrasound examination of the uterus
  • Carry out ovarian ultrasound examination
  • Carry out ovarian stimulation protocols & ultrasound monitoring of follicular development
  • Perform ovum retrieval procedure
  • Perform embryo transfer procedure
